 A Deposit of $500 on Saturday's, and $250 on Sunday thru Friday holds your date and serves as a damage deposit. This deposit is refunded to you within 30 days of your event. It is a separate fee from the rental of the building. Receive a $100 discount off the rental of the building if you rent Sunday thru Friday.  Receive a 10% discount at the time of booking if you pay by cash ( deposit and hall rental) for Saturday Events.   Discount does not apply if a Credit Card is used.

All events with liquor must have security. A Denver policeman or Denver Sheriff will work the last 4 (four) hours of your event.

• 0-100 People = 1 (one) Security
• 200-300 People = 2 (two) Security
• Quincianeras MUST have 1 (one) security for every 100 people... no exceptions.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Cash or Check. For your convenience we can arrange payment plans. Hall rental must be paid for 14 Days prior to your event.
